Orange Nog Cappuccino
A festive wintertime coffee beverage with eggnog and a kiss of orange zest.
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup double-strength hot brewed coffee
3 tablespoons purchased or homemade eggnog
1/4 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- Place milk in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly to create foam, until milk is hot.
- Using large spoon to hold back foam, pour milk into a mug. Stir in coffee and eggnog. Top with foam. Sprinkle orange peel over top.
Makes 1 serving.
