The secret is that this healthy smoothie
has an unusual ingredient: mashed sweet potatoes which adds extra
nutrition and fiber.
Orange Smoothie with
a Secret
- 1 cup frozen fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In blender container, combine all ingredients.
Blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
Variation: Banana Orange Smoothie: Add
1 small ripe banana and 1 cup orange juice; blend as above. Makes
3 (8-ounce) servings.
