Thick, creamy and frothy....serve
this peachy concoction with spoons.
Peach
Froth
- 2 cups cold milk
1 cup peach yogurt
1 (16-ounce) can chilled peaches, with juice
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Dash salt
- 5 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Combine all ingredients,
except vanilla ice cream, in blender container. Cover and blend
until smooth and frothy.
- To Serve: Pour into 5
large glasses and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Makes 5 servings.
