anytime, all year-round when you keep a can of peaches in the
pantry.
Peach
Smoothie
- 1 (15-ounce) can sliced
California Cling Peaches
1 banana, sliced
1 (8-ounce) nonfat yogurt
1 cup skim milk
10 ice cubes
- Whirl all ingredients
in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
Makes 4 (10-ounce) servings.
