Peaches and Yogurt Smoothie

1 medium banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup green tea, cooled
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
- In a blender, add banana, blueberries, peaches, green tea, yogurt, ice cubes, canola oil and honey.
- Blend until combined. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
