Try this rich and creamy smoothie for a truly different breakfast drink.
Peachy Coffee Smoothie
- 1 (11.5-ounce) can Peach KERNS® from LIBBY'S Refrigerated All Nectar
1 (16-ounce) can cling peaches, drained
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon TASTER'S CHOICE® 100% Pure Instant Coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place nectar, peaches, ice cream, cream, water, coffee and vanilla extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
