A low-fat, low-sugar (if
sugar-free pudding mix is used) peppermint and chocolate flavored
smoothie with a festive peppermint stick stirrer.
Peppermint-Chocolate
Smoothie
- 6 cups chocolate fat free
skim milk
1 (4-serving-size) package instant vanilla or chocolate
pudding mix (regular or sugar-free)
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Peppermint sticks
- In a blender container
combine half of the chocolate fat free skim milk and the pudding
mix. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into a pitcher; stir
in remaining chocolate fat free skim milk and peppermint extract.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- To serve, stir mixture;
pour into glasses. Garnish each serving with a peppermint stick
stirrer.
Makes 8 (6-ounce) servings.
