Whirl together orange juice,
frozen raspberries and a little sugar, strain out the seeds and
then stir in milk for a deliciously unique beverage to serve
for brunch.
Raspberry
Orange Brunch Smoothie
- 3 cups orange juice
3 cups individually frozen raspberries
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
- In a blender container,
place first three ingredients. Cover and process at high until
smooth.
- Press mixture through
sieve to remove raspberry seeds.
- Stir in milk and serve
in chilled glasses.
Makes 6 servings.
