Prepared fruit-flavored gelatin is combined with lemonade concentrate and pineapple juice, frozen until slushy, placed in a punch bowl and topped with ginger ale to make this refreshingly icy, slushy fruit punch.

Slushy Fruit Punch

3 (3-ounce) packages fruit-flavored gelatin (any flavor desired)
4 cups boiling water
8 cups cold water
1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (46-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
2 quarts ginger ale, chilled
  1. Dissolve gelatin in 4 cups boiling water in large container.
  2. Stir in 8 cups cold water, lemonade concentrate and pineapple juice. Cover tightly and freeze for several hours or until slushy.
  3. Place slush mixture in punch bowl. Add ginger ale; mix and serve.

Makes 50 servings.
