Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 5/8 cups water
- 1/3 cup firmly packed
brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 2/3 cups whole wheat
flour
- 3 teaspoons active dry
yeast
- Place ingredients in order given by manufacturer
of your bread machine.
- Select Whole Wheat setting and desired
Crust Color setting; press start.
Makes 1 (2 pound) loaf.
