Blue
Cheese Corn Bread
- 1 (8.50-ounce) packaged
corn muffin mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue
cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground
black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C). Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients
in medium bowl and mix until blended. Spread in prepared pan.
- Bake until firm to touch
and golden brown, about
30 minutes. Serve hot.
Makes 8 servings.
