A new twist on an old favorite.

Blue Cheese Corn Bread

1 (8.50-ounce) packaged corn muffin mix
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C). Grease 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix until blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake until firm to touch and golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Serve hot.
