Corn Muffins + Pumpkin

This corn muffin recipe has an extra special ingredient. Pumpkin makes muffins more tender and moist than regular corn muffins. Pumpkin also adds a mouth-watering golden color and helps create a beautifully crowned muffin top.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (8.5-ounce) package corn muffin mix*
1/2 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin

Cooking Directions:

1. Add pumpkin to your muffin mix batter. Follow package directions for baking.
