EZ Cheesy Bread

No recipe image available.Ready-made frozen bread dough puts the ease in this fun and tasty Swiss cheese pull-apart bread.

Recipe Ingredients:

3 (1-pound) packages frozen bread dough, thawed
2 1/2 cups shredded Swiss or Gouda cheese
3/4 cup chopped parsley
1 small onion, finely chopped
6 tablespoon melted butter

Cooking Directions:

  1. Grease a 10-inch tube pan; set aside.
  2. Mix dough with cheese, parsley and onion. Form into 1-inch balls; dip into melted butter and place in prepared pan. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 to 10 minutes before removing. Serve warm.

Makes 1 (3-pound) loaf.
