A sweet yeast oat bread flavored with Irish
cream liqueur and sweetened with honey. A recipe for bread machines.
Irish Cream Liqueur
Bread
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
1 cup quick or old fashioned oats
3 cups white bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in the bread machine
pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Sweet bread cycle and Light Crust;
start machine.
Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
