Italian Herb Bread
A recipe for Italian Herb Bread prepared with a bread machine.
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups white bread flour
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in order given by manufacturer of your bread machine.
- Select French or Basic setting and desired Crust Color setting; press start.
Makes 1 (2 pound) loaf.
