Monkey
Bread
- 3 (10-ounce) cans of biscuits
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup margarine or
butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- Cut biscuits into quarters.
Place in bag of sugar and
cinnamon and shake until well coated. Drop into greased tube
pan. Sprinkle pecans
on top.
- Mix margarine and brown
sugar and bring to a boil. Pour
over biscuits and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
