This recipe for potato yeast bread, using instant potato flakes, is for bread machines.

Potato Bread

3/4 cup milk
3/8 cup water

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 cup bread flour

1/4 cup instant potato flakes

1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
2. Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.

Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
