A lightly sweet yeast bread made with oats,
fresh strawberries and cream cheese. A recipe for bread machines.
Strawberry Cream
Cheese Bread
- 1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup mashed strawberries
1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Place ingredients in the bread machine
pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Basic or Sweet setting and start
machine.
Makes one (1 pound) loaf.
