Walnut Prune Bread
1 1/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 cups bread flour
1 cup chopped prunes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Add ingredients to machine according to
manufacturers directions.
- Select Basic White cycle.
Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
