White Chocolate Cinnamon Bread
A cinnamon-scented, sweet yeast bread studded with coarsely chopped white chocolate. A recipe for bread machines.
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
3/4 cup lukewarm water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 (0.25-ounce) packet active dry yeast, or 2 1/4 teaspoons
8 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped (or 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips)
- Place ingredients, except white chocolate, in bread machine pan in the order given by manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic setting and Light Crust; press Start.
- Add the chopped white chocolate or chips at the beep or second kneading cycle.
Makes 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
