Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

3 cups apple juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
  1. In medium saucepan, bring juice, cinnamon and salt to a boil; stir in oats and apple.
  2. Return to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook for 5 minutes for until most of juice is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until desired consistency.

Makes 6 servings.
