Crunchy Cranberry Raisinets Granola.

This tasty granola features your choice of mixed nuts or seeds. Try chopped pecans, chopped almonds and shelled sunflower seeds or any other nut you love. Use maple syrup or honey for flavor variations. Chopped ginger is optional but will add a vibrant taste to this easy to make recipe.

1/3 cup maple syrup or honey, at room temperature
2 tablespoons butter
4 cups old-fashioned oats, uncooked
