A simple, yet delicious
baked egg dish, perfect for breakfast, brunch or dinner.
Eggs
Baked in Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- divided use
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
6 large eggs
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- In a shallow 2-quart baking
dish, combine 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, sour cream, and melted
butter. Gently slide eggs on top.
- In a bowl, combine 1/4
cup dry bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on
the eggs and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20
minutes, or until the eggs are set.
Makes 4 servings.
