Hash Brown Casserole

Hash Brown CasseroleThis versatile and satisfying bacon and hash brown casserole is a tasty breakfast entrée or side dish that is sure to please.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
6 large eggs, well beaten
1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (30-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup diced ham

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine cheese, eggs, evaporated milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and ham, mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.

Makes 12 servings.
