Sausage & Egg Casserole
Great for tailgating in the morning at games! Recipe submitted by Melissa.
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices bread, crusts removed, cubed
1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
1 teaspoon salt
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until hot.
Makes 8 servings.
