Cola Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped nuts, (walnuts or pecans)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (12-ounce) can cola-flavored soda
4 large eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt, fluted or tube pan.
  2. In a mixer bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, coconut, nuts, oil, soda and eggs; mix well.
  3. Pour into a prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean when inserted in center.
  4. Remove from oven; allow to cool down prior to removing from pan and placing on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate.
