Cream Cheese Cranberry Frosting
A fluffy cream cheese frosting with dried cranberries, perfect for frosting citrus cakes, spice cakes, gingerbread, pound cakes and more.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried cranberries
- In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Add vanilla and cranberries and mix well.
Frosts and fills an 8 or 9-inch layer cake or 1 (13x9x2-inch) cake.
