A good, basic cream cheese frosting to
add to your repertoire.

Cheese Frosting
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream
cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
- In a mixing bowl, beat
cream cheese, butter and vanilla until well blended. Gradually
add powdered sugar, beating to spreading consistency.
- Spread frosting on a cooled
cake.
Makes makes enough frostiing
to fill and frost a 2 (9-inch) layer cake or 13 x 9-inch cake.
