Creamy Carnation Frosting

Creamy Carnation FrostingA versatile, creamy and easy frosting for your cakes and cupcakes.

Recipe Ingredients:

6 tablespoons butter, softened
5 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Cooking Directions:

  1. Beat butter and powdered sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add evaporated milk and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.

Makes 3 cups.
