Easy Lemon Pound Cake

No recipe image available.A reduced fat, cake-and-pudding-mix-easy, lemon pound cake made without the 'pound' of butter.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (18.25-ounce) package lemon cake mix
1 (4-serving size) package instant lemon pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a (10-inch) Bundt® pan; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil. With an electric mixer, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes on wire rack. Remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost as desired.

Makes 12 servings.
