Honey Chocolate Glaze
An easy, ganache-like honey-sweetened chocolate glaze for cakes, cupcakes and more. Naturally delicious!
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons honey
- Place chocolate in food processor fitted with a blade attachment and pulse until chocolate reaches a coarse sand consistency.
- Heat the whipping cream over low heat, being careful not to boil. Add to food processor while still running, then add honey.
- Allow glaze to sit for 5 minutes to thicken a little before using.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups glaze.
