This simple, honey-sweetened cream cheese
icing, ideal for carrot cake or date bread, is quick and easy
to make.
Honey Cream Cheese
Icing
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup honey
Pinch of salt
- Whip ingredients together until smooth.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups icing.
