Shawn's Cherry Liqueur Cake
A tutti frutti-flavored cherry liqueur cake.
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5-ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix
5 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup cherry liqueur
1 tablespoon banana flavoring
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl combine yellow cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, cherry liqueur, and banana flavoring. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt® pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Remove from pan. Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 16 servings.
