A scrumptious, 'cake-mix-easy',
fix-it-up and call it homemade southern praline pecan Bundt cake.

Praline Pecan Cake
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package
butter pecan cake mix
- 1 (16-ounce) container
ready-to-spread coconut pecan frosting
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- Combine in large bowl,
cake mix, frosting, eggs, oil, water and 1/2 cup pecans and beat for 2 minutes with
electric mixer.
- Sprinkle the remaining
1/2 of pecans into prepared Bundt pan and pour cake batter over pecans.
- Bake for 55 minutes or
until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 12 servings.
