Wine Cake
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (6-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sherry
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Combine all the ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Cool slightly then turn out onto a plate.
- Glaze:
- Powdered sugar
- Lemon juice
- Mix together to a desired consistency. When the cake is cooled completely you can drizzle with the glaze. Happy cooking!
