Wine Cake

Recipe Ingredients:

Cake:
1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (6-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
4 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Glaze:
Powdered sugar
Lemon juice

Cooking Directions:

1. For Cake: Combine all the ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased Bundt® pan.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
3. Cool slightly then turn out onto a plate.
4. For Glaze: Mix together to a desired consistency. When the cake is cooled completely you can drizzle with the glaze. Happy cooking!

Makes 12 servings.
