Everyone loves caramel
corn
and this easy recipe makes it simple to enjoy everyday!
Caramel Corn
Crunch II
- 1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 quarts popped popcorn
- Cream butter; add brown
sugar and whip until fluffy.
- Put popped popcorn in
a large baking pan. Mix in creamed mixture.
- Bake in 350*F (175*C)
oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm if desired.
Makes 3 quarts.
