Caramel Corn Crunch 2Everybody loves caramel corn—and this easy recipe makes it simple to enjoy the crunchy treat anytime you get a craving.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 quarts popped popcorn

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cream butter; add brown sugar and whip until fluffy.
  2. Put popped popcorn in a large baking pan. Mix in creamed mixture.
  3. Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for about 8 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm if desired.

Makes 3 quarts.
