Cashew Clusters

9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (or use 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips)
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup cashews
  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in sweetened dried cranberries and nuts.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Let harden at room temperature or chill in refrigerator.

Makes16 clusters.
