An easy and festive treat
for the holidays or anytime, chocolate cashew clusters with sweet-tart
dried cranberries.
Cashew
Clusters
- 9 ounces semisweet chocolate
(or 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips)
1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Sweetened Dried
Cranberries
1/2 cup cashews
- Melt chocolate in a double
boiler. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in sweetened
dried cranberries and nuts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto
a cookie sheet. Let harden at room temperature or chill in refrigerator.
Makes 16 clusters.
