Fast and delicious fudge,
this rum-flavored confection is meltingly rich and gives hints
of rum.

Fudge
- 2 (12-ounce) packages
milk chocolate chips
1 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon rum flavoring
- Melt chocolate in a double
boiler over simmering water; remove from heat.
- Stir in non-dairy whipped
topping; add rum flavoring and stir.
- Spread in a 8 x 8 x 2-inch
baking pan lined with wax paper.
- Chill until solid. Cut
into 2-inch squares.
Makes 16 pieces.
