smooth confection into flowers or fun shapes.
Mints
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
1/8 teaspoon green food coloring
- Line a baking sheet with
aluminum foil; set aside.
- Combine powdered sugar,
cream cheese, mint extract and green food coloring in a large
mixing bowl; beat until smooth. If using an electric mixer, start
on low until powdered sugar and cream cheese are blended.
- Using a pastry bag form
into shapes on a foil lined baking sheet. Allow to dry. Refrigerate
until ready to use.
Makes 36 pieces.
