This recipe is fun to make with the kids. Get them involved in shaping the mixture into little balls.

Peanut Butter Balls

1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup nonfat powdered milk
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until well combined and the mixture begins sticking together as a mass.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and roll into 3/4 to 1-inch diameter balls. Allow to set for awhile before eating.

Makes about 2 dozen.
