Raspberry Fudge Balls

No recipe image available.These deliciously easy, no-cook raspberry fudge balls will make a delightful addition to your holiday candy platter.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup (6-ounces) chocolate chips, melted
3/4 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup seedless raspberry preserves
1/3 cup almonds, finely chopped

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine cream cheese and chocolate. Mix until well-blended. Stir in crumbs and preserves.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in chopped almonds. Chill several hours.

Makes about 2 1/2 dozen confections.
