Creamy Chicken Bake

No recipe image available.This easy chicken and stuffing casserole will gather the family around the supper table by the aroma alone. Complete the meal with buttered green beans and a fruit salad.

Recipe Ingredients:

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
8 (4-inch) slices Swiss cheese
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup seasoned stuffing mix, crumbled
1/4 cup butter, melted

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese slices. Combine the soup and wine and mix well. Pour over the chicken. Top with stuffing mix crumbs and drizzle with butter.
  3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until chicken is done.

Makes 8 servings.
