Quick Chicken Divan
This quick and easy chicken and broccoli casserole is a great recipe for using leftover chicken or turkey.
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen broccoli, thawed
2 cups chopped, fully-cooked chicken
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place thawed broccoli in the bottom of a greased 13x9x2-inch pan. Spread chopped, fully-cooked chicken over broccoli. Combine soups, sour cream and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly hot.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
