Thai Curry Chicken

Thai Curry ChickenA delicious blend of Thai curry spices that creates a delicious sauce when mixed with creamy coconut milk simmered with chicken and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 (1.05-ounce) packet MAGGI TASTE OF ASIA Thai Curry Chicken Seasoning Blend
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, cubed
1 onion, chopped
4 ounces green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
Hot, cooked rice for accompaniment

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine contents of packet, coconut milk and 1 cup water; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and brown. Add onion; cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add sauce mixture and beans. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes or until sauce has thickened and chicken and beans are cooked.
  4. Serve over rice.
