Cranberry Spice Cookies.

Soft and chewy spice cookies loaded with dried sweet-tart cranberries.

Cranberry Spice Cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cups flour - divided use
1/4 cup milk - divided use
1 cup packe brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (6-ounce) package Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  2. Place butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add HALF of the flour, HALF of the milk, and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT the sweetened dried cranberries. Thoroughly combine using an electric mixer on medium-high speed. Add remaining flour and milk, as well as sweetened dried cranberries, mixing on low speed.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
