Classic chocolate chip cookies are given a new twist with the addition of a gooey marshmallow sandwiched between. What a treat!

Marshmallow Sandwich Cookies

1 (18-ounce) package NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, (*see note)
8 large marshmallows

1. Prepare refrigerated cookie dough according to package directions. (If using dough from one batch Original cookie dough, make 16 cookies, baked 9 to 11 minutes.) Cool on baking sheets on wire racks for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
2. Place marshmallow on bottom side of one cookie. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) power for 10 to 20 seconds or until marshmallow expands. Top with second cookie. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining cookies and marshmallows.

Makes 8.
