Recipe Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature

1 tablespoon grated orange zest

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
