Peanut Butter Crunchies

Peanut Butter CrunchiesMunch a bunch of cookies—warm and delicious right out of the oven. Yum!

Recipe Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter,softened
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups NESTLÉ CRUNCH Pieces

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
  3. Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Gently beat in flour mixture. Stir in CRUNCH pieces. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
