Brandied Ice Cream

No recipe image available.A simple, yet elegant frozen dessert that makes an especially nice presentation when served in glass stemware.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup creme de cacao
Grated chocolate for garnish

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine first three ingredients; stir well. Pour into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Cover; freeze until firm.
  2. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Garnish with grated chocolate.

Makes 2 quarts.
