Cheesecake
- 1 (16-ounce) container
sour cream
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 (3 1/2-ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding
1 large (9-inch) graham cracker crust
- Mix all three ingredients
for 1 minute only, pour into pie crust.
- Chill at least 2 to 3
hours before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
